Galleria Apartments

Located in the heart of Glen Waverley, Galleria is a luxury residential development by Australian Nan Xin Investment Pty Ltd. With 267 one and two bedroom apartments and integrated retail on the ground floor, each apartment features high quality materials and well-engineered kitchen joinery.

Designed by Plus Architecture, Galleria takes its inspiration from the infinity symbol to form a unique ‘four-leaf clover’ building and sinuously interconnects. The 15-storey building’s façade features symmetrical coloured banding, one half white and the other clear. The semi circular lobby area features curved forms to mirror the building’s exterior, and high-vaulted ceilings.


CONSERVATORY

Conservatory is a 42 level residential tower for Malaysian Developers UEM Sunrise, overlooking the city, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne’s historic Exhibition Building. Comprising 446 one, two, three bedroom and penthouse apartments over a 7 level podium, the development features a unique glass façade with feature crown, punctuated by angulated fin details and terraced gardens.

The extensive common areas also include a lap pool and sundeck, gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, royal banquet room, entertainment deck, jacuzzi, golf simulator and private residents’ cinema.


La Trobe Towers

La Trobe Tower is a 44 level residential tower (including plant room) in central Melbourne by developers Longriver Investments with design by architects Rothelowman. At 133 metres high, it is Australia's tallest prefabricated building.

The building aesthetic pays homage to the precinct’s musical heritage, with the glass façade punctuated by fin details inspired by a tuning fork and piano keys. A common area on level 15 provides spaces for resident interaction and features a lounge, outdoor terrace, kitchenette and gymnasium.

Floor to ceiling windows allow light and city views to permeate the 206 luxury one and two bedroom apartments, which are fitted with warm timber finishes and clean, modern joinery


LATROBE STUDENT ACCOMODATION

At nearly 150 metres high, 50 La Trobe Street will be one of the world’s tallest student accommodation projects to use prefabricated construction methods.

The 783-bed project includes a 43 level tower, a 7 level building at the rear of the site and a ground floor café and public access laneway. Terraces, lounges and other communal spaces for studying and socialising are dispersed throughout the project, designed to foster a sense of community amongst the student population.


BANKSIA

Banksia is the project in the Docklands for developers MAB Corporation. The 18 level residential tower is highlighted by striking architecture inspired by the native Australian Banksia flower, replicated in the curved structure and circlet-crown façade.

The project comprises 108 high-end apartments, configured across penthouse, sky-home and classic apartment iterations. Common areas include a rooftop health club complete with infinity pool, a ground floor café and basement car parking level. The development will also be connected to Docklands Drive by a purpose-built access cul-de-sac.

Situated on Albert Park Lake, with sweeping Albert Park and CBD views, Lakeside Apartments is the project ofSouthlink developments.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis architects, the 12 level Lakeside project comprises 159 apartments as well as a three level basement. Ground floor communal facilities include a resident’s library, gymnasium, lounge/ communal dining room and an outdoor forecourt with pool and landscaped gardens.

The angulated architecture of the buildings is designed to maximise views of Albert Park Lake from each apartment, with the façade highlighted by strong vertical and diagonal elements.
